Using our customized asset monitoring portal, we can monitor your cargo anywhere in the supply chain. In conjunction with most available GPS tracking systems and TMS integrations, we can enable shippers to pinpoint the location of their cargo assets in real time, anywhere in the country.
Passive monitoring Services: This includes maintaining visibility of Customer’s subscribed fleet by our in-house AMC. Our AMC will only act when an alarm is generated by Customer or Customer’s driver or the vehicle(s) operated by or on instruction of Customer. Such act shall include contacting the driver and, if so required, contacting law enforcement authorities, intervene or initiate active monitoring.
Active monitoring Services: This includes keeping track of the agreed and planned route, rest breaks and overnight parking.
Of course our certified AMC is adequately protected with physical security measures in place-access-control, door locking, intruder alarms, CCTV and duress alarm buttons installed in the monitoring room to protect employees, information and operations from any negative external natural or man-made influence, including a criminal attack.
